Refund policy

You may return or exchange items purchased exclusively from our official website in Pakistan within 14 days of the purchase date.

Products must be in their original condition, unopened, sealed, and complete with original packaging, accessories, and any promotional gifts.

Items purchased through third-party websites, marketplaces, or physical stores are not eligible for return or exchange through our online process.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the products remain unopened and unused, you can request a refund within 14 days of the order date.
Products that are opened but found to have manufacturing defects or were incorrectly shipped are also eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or provided as a voucher/coupon code equal to the product value, depending on the customer’s preference.
The refund process may take up to 14 working days.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
For orders already dispatched, cancellations can only be processed after confirmation with the courier company.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
If the return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item shipped, Afnan Perfumes Pakistan will bear the return shipping cost.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Please keep your invoice/receipt as it is required for any return or exchange request.
Returns will not be accepted without the original invoice.
Products must be returned with their outer packaging, brand tags, and accessories intact.

Our customer care team aims to respond to all refund, return, and exchange queries within 48 working hours.
